Technical Indicator Request - Percent Above Moving Average

I have a current 2 seat Pro client (Will Becker - Dedora Capital) looking for the technical indicator that tracks the percentage of constituents within an index trading above their SMA (Both 50 day and 200 day). Please see the below links for some more detail on this particular indicator.
