this has been requested by probably 100 clients. most recently jay patel just lost a deal because of this. i know it's been discussed, but just throwing it in here to track it.
I like this idea
This is the concept of 'relative' metrics. Relative to Market and Sector/Industry are the ones we hear most often. For Sector & Industry we have the data calc'd in our sector/industry data. For relative to 'market' perhaps we could do similar calculations on the major indices (i.e.: all S&P 500 constituents Market cap/net income for P/E)?
