Run monthly performance calcs before the first of the next month

it's something that seems to be industry standard, and something that we dedicate a decent amount of support hours to in terms of answering questions about why they aren't in on the first of every month, and why excel spreadsheets aren't updating with last month's data on the first of every month.
I like this idea
We will run it first thing on the 1st and have a fall back running on importing on the 2nd (like we currently do)
