To the Fund's Overview page on the Fund Owner's website. Maybe these aren't correct terms...so for example, having this link https://www.spdrs.com/product/fund.seam?ticker=SPY on SPY's quote page. The purpose is more so for smaller ETFs/Funds that people aren't familiar with, having the ability to quickly get to a description/Fund Overview.

Same for indices, http://us.spindices.com/indices/equity/sp-500 for the S&P 500.

on hold, its do able, but takes a lot of initial human work before it can be automated.
