Custom-Blended benchmarks on the web based platform

The ability to create a blended custom benchmark and calculate returns for use in the web based platform, particularly in charting. Similar to what we use in the weighted returns excel template - the ability to define benchmarks and allocate a certain weight/percentage to each one.
