add estimated earnings release date until actual date is announced

Clients have reached out about "Next Earnings Release Date" not have a date until the company actually announces a specific date just weeks before. It would be nice having an estimated date range for when they will announce until then.

Some providers do this. YData does this only for companies that never pre-announce their earnings. We might, in the future, do it for all companies. Regardless this should be closed, the real task is to integrate YData earnings release dates which would make our data higher quality overall and would incorporate event estimates as we deemed appropriate.
