ability to screen for consistent dividend payers

A common criteria for value investors (and a component of famous dudes' methodology like Ben Graham) is to ensure a company has not missed a dividend payment or cut a dividend over certain timeframes. For example, show me only companies that have paid consistent (or preferably growing) dividends over the last 10 years.

We have a current, really really bad solution for this in excel. The model breaks all the time and requires an already narrowed universe making it not very valuable.

Ideally, we'd like to create a filter that says "Div per share(t-5)>=Div per share (t-4)>= Div per share (t-3)..."

This is closely related to having historical data in the screener in general but is perhaps something we can solve in an easier way until that is feasible. For example:

Could we add div per share growth metrics for the periods that don't exist now?

Could we create metrics for "div increase (10y)","div decreases (5y)", "dividends missed (5y)" etc.

Some other solution?

This concept has existed in our "Fundamental Score". The process is outlined here:

Could we add this boolean as an info point for companies so that we can access it within the screener?
