15Y Metrics and Pre-Sets

A lot of users have reached out regarding various 15Y options, because 10Y no longer includes any recessionary periods. I've seen this requested as a default chart period, and have had inquiries about 15Y risk metrics multiple times now. excel solves some of these issues now, but i can see screening on said data becoming a big hole in many workflows in the future, for instance.
