Add duration calculation for Model Portfolios

Should be calc'd as:
Stocks - excluded
Mutual Funds: Weighted Average of "Effective Duration"
ETFs: Weighted Average of "Effective Duration"
If a fund has no data it should be ignored in the calculation. For example:
Fund XYZ: 4.5
Fund ABC: 1.5
Fund 123: null
Effective Duration: 3.0

In addition to duration, additional fundamental data for fixed income funds would be helpful such as: Avg credit quality score, effective maturity, average coupon, average price, current yield.

Strong desire for these metrics which was communicated by the regional team (Midwest) at Lord Abbett I met with today. It's a key selling point for them in which they are using M* for right now - through their hypo functionality. They hate using M* and we could fully replace what they're doing there if we had these metrics.
Andrew Sala, their procurement specialist who is very up to speed with the platform as well as how it's being used in the field also mentioned this today on a call Dave and I had with him regarding more licenses. He echoed the importance of the underlying fixed income metrics, especially effective duration.
