I think this is pretty straightforward. haven't heard this too many times. Requested by Cladis Advisory ($6500)

"I’m not sure how Morningstar calculates their return, but some important functionality might include the ability to select different tax rates, which I don’t think you can do on Morningstar. Including all possible (US) tax rates would also eliminate the need to adjust between qualified/ordinary dividends. However, this may break down a bit when showcasing mutual funds that pay both qualified and ordinary dividends." from Cladis

"Is there a way on Y charts to show after-tax/tax-adjusted returns for a fund and to compare funds on this metric? I know morningstar has a tab that allows you to compare this for the YTD, 1, 3, 5, 10 year period. Wasn’t sure if Ycharts had a similar metric and if Cumulative tax adjusted return was possible to be shown?
Thought this could create a nice story when talking about some of our muni bond funds relative to taxable bond funds or ETF’s."

Based on the current rate environment LA is making a huge push in the muni space, and one of their major selling points is after tax returns versus taxable bond funds. They are currently using M* in their meetings to display this data.
