The ability to show normalized returns as an annualized figure in charts

"I am comparing the max period for s&P price versus S&P total return. Would like the data points to reflect the annualized return at whatever point would be chosen along the graph." dschwart@cstonegroup.com YCharts Pro

don't really see the point of this, but maybe i am missing something... if it's something that comes up more than once, let's talk.

Also requested by Michael Walsh at Evensky Katz ($17k)

"Ideally if I had to add one thing to ycharts it would be for ycharts to be able to provide you with annualized total returns for securities for specific time frames (SCHB: annualized returns from 3/26/2011 – 9/30/2017 for example) when you use the performance charts."

This makes total sense ... We we do this one way or another as we make improvements to charts.

I understand this is planned, but I just wanted to note another request - this time from Matt and Jonathan at BDF ($27,270).

Jonathan Baker from BDF ($27,270) pinged me on this again. Guessing it's planned for the new charting engine, but any updates would be appreciated!

It is 100% a part of the new charting engine. We expect to launch the chart (in beta at first, then to everyone) by EOY.
