We acknowledged having a "send now" button would be pretty helpful.

I like this idea
Questions:
1. How many people have mentioned this and what is root desire here? Do they want to just see it in their inbox instead of Preview or do they want it sent now so they can forward it? If it is the later then we should probably build something more suited for that.
2. Assuming we actually want a send now, we should consider if that should be on the list page or also the build page?
3. We should consider what this might look like down the line when there is a distribution list for users.
