Add Monthly and Quarterly frequencies

I like this idea
Initial product questions to be answered for this feature:
1. When would we send a quarterly (monthly) report? Not time of day, but literal day of the quarter/month?
- Something to note is that our monthly calcs take a while to run so it would be unlikely that our calculations would even be ready to be in a report by the morning for all securities. So the earliest would be the 2nd of the month would any changes to our current data pipeline.
2. What would the look back period for included metrics be for a quarterly (monthly?) module. Look back periods for calcs are changed based on frequency.
3. Design wise, this would probably need to change from radio buttons to dropdown.
4. Would we want to add a write up for Monthly / Quarterly (ie Monthly Market Commentary)?
