'Set As Default' button for screener and charts

This would save even more time by preventing users from clicking around and opening up saved screens. The majorty of users will have a starting universe. I think it would be nice to build that out one time and then have an option to set that as the default for every time you open the screener. I think this would also be helpful for charts, which has also been asked about.

I've received this request form a handful of clients, and I always recommend they save the screen for their starting universe. Once again, this does away with a couple extra clicks or an extra step.

The most recent client to request this is Douglas Goodman - Richardson GMP relationship. -"it would be great if every time you went into it that it defaulted to your last open screen. Otherwise each time you have to re-open a saved screen. Or at least allow a feature for a user to set their screen as the default screen when opening."
