Segmenting API Data

Right now, our API is a buffet of information and there is no way to separate by asset class (ETF's vs Mutual Funds vs Stocks vs Econ Indicators). Could we add dev time to separate out asset classes?
It will create more opportunities for sales (since we have tiered pricing) and upsells (for different asset classes).
