Screening or scanning for stocks where SMA crossovers have occurred

Being able to define a universe of stocks in which a crossover has recently occurred i.e. the 50 day SMA crosses the 200 day SMA. I know this is a long shot, especially taking into account the amount of variables involved, but felt like it was a cool idea and made sense.
