Default Content Based on Partner Sub

This would roll up to the 2019 roadmap item "Profile Defaults."

The ability to create default profiles based on partner subs would be a huge help and save a ton of time when setting up now users for firms like Lord Abbett and BDF who have enterprise subscriptions and ass users on a regular basis.

Lord Abbett and BDF both have content saved in our system that need to be pushed to new users. Rather than click next through 12 pages of pushed items, it would be great to have all of those items tied to new partner subs that are set up.
